    Scott Seidenberger

    Future of Work Fellow at Cornell University

    Dr. Scott Seidenberger is a Future of Work Fellow at Cornell University. His current research and teaching are on how organizations adopt and integrate AI by measuring adoption friction, productivity impact, and the true cost of AI-augmented work. Through Cornell's Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS), he partners with leading companies on embedded field research and advises executives on AI adoption strategy. He also teaches a graduate course on AI and HR at Cornell. Prior to returning to academia, Dr. Seidenberger was a US Air Force officer, where he served as a principal technical advisor to several emerging AI technology programs in aviation and defense logistics.
