Kenzai identity system

Use the identity with confidence

This guide gives partners, affiliates, marketing teams, agencies, and production vendors the approved assets and practical rules needed to represent Kenzai Intelligence correctly.

Use the full lockup by default. Choose a reduction only when the context requires it.

The logo family

Three signatures cover every approved application. Each file is complete vector artwork with fixed proportions, spacing, and clear space.

01

Full lockup

Use for websites, proposals, presentations, press, events, partnerships, and any first introduction to Kenzai.

Do not force it into a space where the complete name becomes unreadable.

Download SVG
02

Standalone K mark

Use for favicons, app icons, social avatars, compact digital placements, and small physical applications.

Do not use it as the only introduction in an otherwise unbranded placement.

Download SVG
03

Wordmark only

Use when the K mark already appears in the same fixed branded environment.

Do not use it as the normal company, press, or partnership signature.

Choose the right asset

Start with the audience, background, available space, and production method. These examples cover the most common decisions.

Website, landing page, or digital publicationPrimary lockup

Use the complete signature on a calm light surface at or above the minimum size.

Favicon, app icon, social avatar, or compact digital navigationK mark

Use the compact mark where the wordmark would become too small.

Partner deck, affiliate kit, event, or press placementPrimary lockup

Preserve clear space and give each organization equal visual respect.

Tight horizontal rail with an existing K markWordmark only

Use only when the mark is already visible in the same environment.

Dark indigo cover, backdrop, or video end cardReverse lockup

Use the supplied reverse master instead of recoloring the primary artwork.

Embroidery, engraving, vinyl, or single-ink productionInk or white lockup

Use the supplied monochrome master without intermediate gray values.

Email signature, proposal footer, or recurring document footerPrimary lockup

Keep it readable, link it to kenzai.io where possible, and preserve clear space.

Busy photography or video footagePrimary or reverse lockup on a quiet field

Create a calm high-contrast placement area instead of adding effects to the logo.

Protect the construction

The K, wordmark, and gold identity rule form one measured system. Their proportions and spacing never change.

28 units28

One asset. One ratio. Every size.

  1. 01

Keep at least one 28-unit module clear on every outside edge.

  2. 02

Use the full lockup at 32 CSS pixels high or larger.

  3. 03

Use the standalone K mark at 24 CSS pixels high or larger.

  4. 04

Use the wordmark at 32 CSS pixels high or larger, with nearby K context.

  5. 05

The primary lockup aspect ratio is 2.676513:1.

  6. 06

The word shapes originated from Inter Tight 700 and 600, then became fixed vector paths. Never typeset or edit the logo as live text.

Favicon and app icon

Use the K mark inside the approved light Kenzai tile. The tile keeps the mark visible across browser themes, operating-system surfaces, and platform masks.

  • Keep the K centered and preserve the supplied safe area.
  • Use the approved light canvas. Do not create campaign-colored icon tiles.
  • Do not add the wordmark at icon sizes.
  • Test the final asset at 16, 32, 48, 96, 180, 192, and 512 pixels.

Approved treatments

Approved color variants

Choose the variant from the background and reproduction method. Never recolor individual parts to match a campaign.

Primary

Use on white, Kenzai canvas, and calm neutral surfaces.

Reverse

Use on dark indigo or ink backgrounds.

Ink

Use for one-color light-surface production.

White

Use for one-color dark-surface production.

White, Kenzai canvas, or light neutral
Primary full-color artworkThis is the default treatment for most digital and printed communication.

Reverse full-color artworkUse the supplied reverse paths so blue and gold retain their identity roles.
Light photography
Primary artwork on a quiet areaUse only when the entire clear-space area remains calm and high contrast.
Dark photography or video
Reverse artwork on a quiet areaKeep clear of faces, captions, controls, and high-frequency detail.

Put the identity to work

Keep the signature consistent while the format, message, and collaborators change.

Co-branding

Partnership and affiliate use

Co-branding should communicate collaboration without merging either organizationโ€™s identity.

Partner mark
  • Use the full lockup unless the placement sits on an approved dark environment.
  • Keep one clear-space module between the Kenzai lockup, divider, and partner mark.
  • Use a neutral divider. The gold identity rule remains inside the Kenzai logo only.
  • Match optical prominence, not arbitrary pixel width, when partner marks have different shapes.
  • Place campaign or event language outside the logo row.
  • Do not combine marks into a new badge, endorsement seal, or joint logo.
  • Request approval before publishing a new co-branded lockup or physical installation.

Documents, decks, and communications

Use stable placement across a document system so the identity supports the content instead of competing with it.

Presentation or report coverPrimary or reverse lockup

Use generous clear space and select the treatment from the cover background.

Interior slide or report pagePrimary lockup

Keep one consistent header or footer position throughout the document.

Proposal or statement of workPrimary or reverse lockup

Use primary on light pages and reverse on an approved dark cover.

Email signaturePrimary lockup

Use a readable size, preserve clear space, and link the artwork to kenzai.io.

Press kit or event listingPrimary lockup

Supply the SVG master and a preview. Do not ask publishers to reconstruct the identity.

Recurring narrow page furnitureWordmark only

Use only if the K mark already appears elsewhere in the same fixed template.

Production and file handoff

SVG is the source of truth. Select the correct master before export, then review the result at its real output size.

Screen and webPrimary or reverse SVG

Scale proportionally. Export PNG only when a destination cannot accept SVG.

Four-color printPrimary or reverse SVG

Confirm the printer profile and proof blue, indigo, and gold on the intended stock.

One-color print, engraving, or vinylInk or white SVG

Select the master that contrasts with the material. Never auto-convert the full-color logo.

Embroidery or small physical markingK mark or monochrome lockup

Run a sample and select another approved master if details cannot reproduce cleanly.

Motion and videoPrimary or reverse lockup

Move the complete asset as one object. Do not separate letters or the gold identity rule.

Handoff checklist

  1. 01

Send the exact approved SVG for the intended background.

  2. 02

State the output dimensions, background color, and production method.

  3. 03

Include the clear-space and minimum-size requirements.

  4. 04

Provide a PNG or PDF preview only as a visual reference, never as replacement source art.

  5. 05

Request a final-size proof for co-branding, apparel, signage, or unusual production methods.

Do not alter the master

  • Do not stretch, compress, rotate, skew, crop, or redraw the logo.
  • Do not change the 28-unit gutter or 8-unit rule spacing.
  • Do not reset KENZAI or Intelligence as live text.
  • Do not recolor individual parts or create a campaign color version.
  • Do not detach, extend, or reuse the gold identity rule as page decoration.
  • Do not place the primary lockup over noisy imagery without a quiet surface.
  • Do not add shadows, outlines, glow, bevel, texture, or blend modes.
  • Do not add a container, badge, tagline, or partner name inside the master.
  • Do not use a screenshot, AI-generated approximation, or traced raster instead of the SVG.
  • Do not combine the K mark and wordmark manually.

Common questions, answered

Use these decisions when briefing a designer, partner, affiliate, printer, editor, or event team.

Which logo should I use by default?

Use the primary full lockup on a light neutral background. It gives audiences the K mark and the complete Kenzai Intelligence name.

When may I use the K mark by itself?

Use it for favicons, app icons, social avatars, compact digital placements, and small production contexts. Do not use it as the only introduction in an otherwise unbranded partner placement.

When may I use the wordmark by itself?

Only when a K mark is already visible in the same fixed branded environment. It is a contextual reduction, not the normal company signature.

Can I type KENZAI Intelligence using the brand font?

No. The supplied wordmark is custom, spaced vector artwork. Use the SVG master even though the shapes originated from Inter Tight.

Can I recolor the logo for a campaign or partner?

No. Choose primary, reverse, ink, or white from the approved masters. Campaign colors belong around the identity, not inside it.

What if the logo does not read over a photo?

Move it to a quiet area or add a calm approved surface behind the entire clear-space zone. Do not add an effect to force contrast.

Can a partner combine the two logos into one badge?

No. Keep both marks independent, separate them with neutral space or a neutral divider, and match optical prominence rather than exact width.

What file should I send to a designer or printer?

Send the SVG that matches the background and production method, plus the intended size, background color, and a request for a final-size proof.

May I export a PNG?

Yes, when the destination cannot accept SVG. Export from the approved SVG at the required resolution, preserve transparency, and keep the SVG as the source.

Who should review a new application?

Request Kenzai approval for co-branding, sponsorships, apparel, signage, animation, unusual materials, or any placement that cannot follow these rules exactly.
