AI interactions
Messages and live audio sent through Ask Kenzai are processed through OpenAI's API to generate responses. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, export-controlled data, or other highly sensitive material through the public website assistant.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, scheduling, communications, and AI processing. They process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention can vary by record type and customer agreement.
